As a customer you determine our actions, your satisfaction is our top priority. Product and concept consulting tailored to your needs is a matter of course for us. Together, we develop high-quality and fashionable workwear and fashion collections and, if desired, tailor-made webshop and logistics solutions for the distribution of your collection. Our executive managers and experienced key account managers will gladly provide personal advice. At BRANDS every customer has a competent partner.

Design and Product Development

BRANDS has its own creative department with a highly qualified and motivated design team. In close cooperation with you and tailored to your company profile, we develop special collections and products that perfectly communicate your brand identity, thereby always taking ecological and social standards into account.

Purchasing and Production

BRANDS has a well-developed and reliable network of producers and strategic partners in Europe and the Far East.

With four offices in Asia (Dhaka, Bangladesh; Hong Kong; Shanghai, China; Jakarta, Indonesia) and more than 120 employees, our sister company TRITON Textiles not only ensures the quality of local production, but also supports the factories in complying with social and environmental standards.

BRANDS offers you both a cost-efficient production of large quantities in Asia and a fast and flexible implementation of smaller special productions by BRANDS Polska in Somonino, Poland, as well as other high-quality partners in Europe.

Warehousing and Logistics

BRANDS has three state-of-the-art warehouse locations: in our headquarters in Buchholz/Nordheide (Lower Saxony), in Zachow (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) and in Charlotte, North Carolina (USA). On a total area of 35,000 square metres we offer more than 20,000 pallet spaces and over 100,000 pick & pack spaces for the storage of Stock Keeping Units (SKU).

Equipment and service:

• movable pallet rack, conventional pallet high bay as well as small parts picking warehouse
• all picking processes from incoming goods to outgoing goods are processed fully digitized using barcodes and mobile data capturing
• delivery capacity of up to 5,000 parcels per day is achieved across all three warehouses
• B2B and B2C pick and pack logistics including professional returns management

Webshop and IT

BRANDS creates tailor-made B2B and B2C webshops for you and offers you full service: In addition to the individual look and feel of the shop, we can also incorporate specific B2C solutions such as voucher systems, customer group management, various payment methods or approval processes. On request, we can also deliver the content from texts to product photography. Order and procurement systems can be linked to our ERP system via EDI, XML, Web service and CSV files. It is also possible to implement online order forms, which guarantee simple entry and transmission of the order.
