Who we are
BRANDS Fashion GmbH was founded in Buchholz in der Nordheide in 2002. Since 2017, the long-established Hamburg-based global player Jebsen & Jessen has been both strategic partner and majority shareholder of BRANDS Fashion.
The BRANDS group also includes BRANDS Fashion US Inc., Clothing Network GmbH, the company GoJungo and BRANDS Logistics GmbH.
Our sister company Triton Textile Lmt. is responsible for quality assurance in the Far East.
Sustainability is encoded in our DNA: it is a topic that was close to the heart of our founder, Ulrich Hoffman, and continues to be fostered by the current management team made up of Silke Rosebrock (CCO) and Mathias Diestelmann (CEO).
We see ourselves as a first mover and act out of an intrinsic sense of conviction. Our approach has received lots of positive feedback from our network.
In 2014, BRANDS Fashion was one of the first European textile companies to obtain GOTS certification. Winning the 2022 Fair Trade Award and the 2021 German Sustainability Award are just two examples of how we are gaining recognition for our ambitious efforts.
Since 2012 we have had a separate Sustainability Department, a team that is currently made up of five people. BRANDS Fashion employs around 80 people, and the entire group around 250. This includes apprentices in various trades and students undertaking dual study programmes.
