Working reporting mechanisms are a key element in promoting labor and human rights. We provide employees in our supply chains as well as external stakeholders with the opportunity to report violations of labor, human, and environmental rights in our supply chains and thus breaches of our Code of Conduct — to us. The concerns of all employees of the Brands Group are handled through the company’s internal feedback management system. In addition, both internal and external stakeholders may use an external reporting channel to submit reports regarding violations within the scope of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (§ 2 HinSchG).

Brands Fashion guarantees that all whistleblowers are protected from reprisals and retaliation.
